Contracting

Contracting often constitutes the only possibility to convert the capital intensive renewing of technical installations. Under Contracting we understand in the simpliest case the supply of the useful Energies (like warm water, compressed air or cooling) through a third person (Contractor) to the enterprise or to the commune (Contracting user). The Contractor sets up, finances and operates for example a cooling machine on the Contracting user's ground and sells him the produced cooling in exchange for a fixed basic price and a consumption dependent work price ("Installations-Contracting").

In regard to the "Performance-Contracting" the Contracting user does not buy the Energy, but simply the needed Energy service for a fixed price, e.g "Room temperatur 21°" or "workspace lightening about 300 Lux". It will be then the interest of the Contractors to optimize all the required installations for the furnishing of the sevices, because his costs are refinanced through the reached savings in comparison to the existing installations.

• Concerning Installation-Contracting we carry out the preparatory work i.e. by analizing the buildings and the cooling requirements in regard to Energy or by determining the performance and temporal availibility.
  
  
• Saving-Contracting for several buildings is often available as packet ("Pool-creation"). We find out the buildings that are suitable to pools and the reachable saving potentials.
  
  
• We draw up the technical and economic Contracting-plan (period of validity, Contracting-instalment, performance extent etc.). In the case of saving-Contracting counts also the baseline for Energy consumption and - costs by considering the climatic influences.
  
  
• We like to take over the whole advertising management. We don't just put a value on the offers but we consider also in a particular way the Contractors quality.
