Public Utilities have a good qualified technical personnel to their disposal and an extensive measuring technical equipment. New products make possible that these structures could better work to capacities and could be put in value. We give a training to the appropriate employees besides their individual competence ( "the basis of heating services" transmitted to an electrical engineer). In this way they are able to market the new products or to implement successfully the related services.

  • We work out concepts for giving a further training to your employees.
  • We draw up specialized seminars in case where the available offers on the market are not sufficient.
  • Under our direction the employees apply the knowledge to the pilot projects and so the knowledge is consolidated.
  • If it is necessary we supervise the employees also in a long term i.e. through regular brief reports or a telephone hotline.

Industrial operations or municipalities pursue other targets: A new founded workgroup for the Energy management has to develop saving measures and to implement them. Production employees have to be informed about Energy consumption and the costs and have to be motivated to adopt a behaviour where they act sparingly. For these and similar tasks we could completely support you:

  • We develop software based instruments to deal easier with the routine tasks as well as with the drawing up of Energy reports.
  • We build an Energy team and follow the first steps of the employees doing preparations and presentations. Between the meetings we control how the allocated problems are implemented and in order to introduce slowly the employees to their tasks we take over the external project leading.
  • Through an operation like an "Energy saving week" or similar operations organized especially for the employees, we could sensitize and motivate them.
